Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan tonifies Kidney yin and eliminates deficiency fire. It is indicated in cases of Kidney yin deficiency with heat retention deficiency in the lower focus, marked by low back pain, dizziness, dry mouth or thirst, hot flushes with night sweating, or swelling of the lower limbs, dark urine with difficulty in urination, spermatorrhoea, tinnitus, dizziness, red tongue with a thin coating, fast, thin and large pulse in the back position (chǐ).
